We provide total removal where possible of existing soffits, fascias, barge boards, guttering and downpipes whilst also replacing waterproof membrane, rotten rafter ends and adding much needed ventilation into the eves space. The general flow and water collection is often much improved.
Our soffits and fascia's use the Swish product to ensure quality and performance. All products are non-lead formulation and complies with EEC and PVC industry guidance.

Fascia and Bargeboards
Swish Jumbo boards are strong, load bearing profiles. These boards are secured directly to rafter foot and fully support the weight of the eaves tiles and rainwater system. Available in a wide range of sizes and finishes and also available in vented or unvented forms.
Colour Options
In addition to the Foil colours our soffit boards are also available in two plain colours, Anthracite and Grey. These profiles have a co-extruded self-coloured outer finish.
Through Fascia Ventilation
Our range of ventilated soffit boards provides the equivalent of a 10mm or 25mm air path as required. Strip ventilators allow additional or alternative ventilation to the roof void. These are designed to fit all our range of soffits configurations.
Dentils
Decorative Dentil mouldings add elegance to the eves of any property, creating individual arctitectural detailing. The range includes a choice of 4 sizes and differing designs.
Cladding
SystemCellular PVC cladding can significantly improve thermal properties of a building and provides an excellant low maintenance alternative to timber. The Swish cladding system offers excellant colourfastness and considerable design choice.
